Raul Schwerdt, PE is the president of RAS Engineering, P.A. since 1998. He is licensed in several US states as a Professional Engineer and special inspector for the restoration of high-rise and commercial buildings and parking garages. Furthermore, he also testifies as Expert Witness on building structural claims.
RAS has been awarded the Best Restoration consulting engineer company due to sustainable consulting engineering practices for the restoration of High-Rise structures, in addition to the evaluation of facade restoration, material testing, Energy Audit, Forensic Testing, Repair Specifications, and Enclosure Commissioning on high-rise buildings and Parking Garages.
